- Parties and Purpose
This Agreement sets out the terms under which the Studio provides setup, technical assistance, profile support, and
promotional/marketing services (where applicable) to the Model for adult webcam and related content creation activities. - Nature of Relationship
The Model is an independent contractor and is not an employee, worker, agent, or partner of the Studio. The Model is solely
responsible for taxes, insurance, permits, and compliance with the laws and regulations in the Model’s country/region. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship. - Eligibility and Compliance
The Model represents they are at least 18 years old (19 in Canada where applicable), have provided accurate identification and verification documents, and will comply with all platform Terms of Service and applicable laws. The Studio may suspend or terminate access to Studio services if documentation is false, incomplete, or if platform rules are breached. - Services Provided by the Studio
I. Account and profile setup assistance on supported platforms (as chosen by the Model)
II. Multi-platform configuration guidance where supported by platforms and tools.
III. Technical guidance for streaming setup (software, camera, audio, lighting, connectivity).
IV. Profile optimisation guidance (bio, panels, pricing, tags, media) and best-practice coaching.
V. Optional website creation/hosting to promote Model profiles (where offered).
VI. Optional content protection / takedown assistance as an additional paid service (where selected). - Platforms
Common supported platforms include Streamate, Chaturbate, Stripchat, LiveJasmin, Reveal Me, and clip sites. The Studio may facilitate setup on additional platforms (e.g., SkyPrivate, LoyalFans, Fansly, OnlyFans) depending on availability and eligibility. - Earnings, Payout Routing, and 0% Commission
The Studio does not charge a commission percentage on Model webcam earnings. Depending on platform configuration,
earnings may be paid (a) directly to the Model by the platform, or (b) to a Studio account and then passed to the Model. Where earnings are routed through the Studio, the Studio will pass 100% of the Model’s platform-earned amounts to the Model, less only unavoidable third-party payment or transfer fees charged by banks or processors, which are not retained by the Studio and are disclosed in advance (if applicable). The Studio does not provide advances.
Platform payout schedules (indicative): Exact timing can vary by platform, thresholds, and banking rails.
I. Stripchat: platform earnings routed to Studio; credited weekly (Friday) for the prior week (Stripchat models can operate an independent account instead of a Studio account if they wish).
II. Chaturbate: 1–15 credited by 24th; 16–end credited by 9th. (unless Model uses their own independent account).
III. LiveJasmin: credited within 28 days after reaching the platform minimum (e.g., $300). (unless Model uses their own account).
IV. Clip sites: credited monthly for prior month, subject to each site’s reporting cycle.
V. Streamate Options (Independent vs Studio-Linked):
V.I. Streamate may allow the Model to operate via an independent account (direct payout) or to join the Studio’s Streamate digital studio (studio-linked). If studio-linked, Streamate may allocate a platform-paid studio credit/affiliate allocation to the Studio. Any such platform-paid allocation does not reduce the Model’s stated pay rate and is handled per the Studio’s published credit policy.
V.II. The Model may choose the option that best suits their preferences and eligibility. - Affiliate Links and Promotion Requirements
Where the Studio provides services without taking commission, the Model agrees to reasonably use Studio-provided referral links where applicable (e.g., in social profiles) to support Studio revenue from affiliate arrangements. The Studio owns all affiliate earnings generated from Studio links. The Model’s earnings payouts are not reduced by affiliate arrangements. - Clip Distribution and Revenue Share
The Studio may post and distribute Model clips on Studio-managed clip accounts. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Model receives 50% of net revenue generated from clips featuring the Model during the term of this Agreement. Revenue sharing may continue for up to 90 days after termination for previously published clips, subject to platform reporting cycles. Content licensing and permissions are governed by the separate Model Release Form executed by the Model after approval of your studio account. - Website Hosting, Affiliate Links, and Analytics (Mandatory)
The Studio will provide and manage a Studio-hosted promotional website for the Model.
This website is a required component of the Studio’s services and is used to:
I. Host Studio-provided affiliate and referral links;
II. Track and analyse marketing traffic and performance.
III. Support promotion of the Model’s profiles across platforms.
IV. The Model agrees to use the Studio-hosted website as their primary promotional landing page for Studio-supported platforms and acknowledges that use of this website is a condition of receiving Studio services without commission.
V. The Studio may register, host, and manage the website and related branding assets for promotional purposes. The Model grants the Studio a non-exclusive license to use the Model’s name, brand, and approved media in connection with the website, as further described in the Model Release.
VI. Upon termination of this Agreement, hosting and access to the Studio-hosted website may be discontinued or transferred at the Studio’s discretion, subject to third-party registrar or hosting constraints and any outstanding fees.
VII. The Studio-hosted website constitutes the primary method by which Studio referral links are implemented and tracked. - Autonomy, Schedule, and Conduct
The Model controls their schedule and is not required to meet minimum hours. The Model will comply with platform rules, avoid prohibited content, and maintain respectful conduct with viewers and partners. The Studio may provide guidance but does not control day-to-day performance decisions. - Data, Privacy, and Verification Documents
The Studio collects and stores verification documents for age/identity and platform compliance. Documents are handled in accordance with the Studio privacy policy. The Studio may share verification documents with platform operators or compliance agents where required for account approval, audits, or lawful requests. - Term and Termination
This Agreement begins on the Effective date and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate at any time by written notice. Upon termination, the Studio will process any outstanding routed earnings according to normal payout cycles and applicable thresholds. Sections relating to payments already earned, affiliate earnings ownership, clip revenue share for previously published clips (as stated), and content licensing under the Model Release will survive termination. - Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Studio is not liable for platform outages, account bans, chargebacks, payment delays by third parties, or losses arising from the Model’s conduct or platform policy changes. Nothing limits liability for fraud or other liability that cannot be excluded by law. - Model Responsibilities
The Model must comply with platform rules, ensure legality of content, maintain age verification documents, and use referral links as required. - Platform Exclusivity and Post-Termination Restriction
Where the Model operates a studio-managed account on any cam platform through JBS Productions, the Model agrees that:
During the term of this Agreement:
I. The Model will not create, operate, or participate in an independent account on the same platform; and
II. The Model will not join or operate under another studio on the same platform.
III. Following termination or removal from a studio-managed account.
The Model agrees not to create, operate, or participate in an independent account or another studio account on the same platform for a period of three (3) months from the date the studio-managed account is closed or terminated.
This restriction applies only to platforms where the Model previously held a studio-managed account through JBS Productions.
IV. The Model remains free at all times to:
Operate independently on platforms not managed by the Studio; and Join other studios or operate independently on platforms where no studio-managed account existed.
V. The Model agrees not to circumvent this provision by creating duplicate, alternate, or third-party accounts on restricted platforms. - Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer/worker protections apply.

If we manage your account on a platform, you cannot open a new account on that same platform independently or with another studio for 3 months after leaving. This does not affect other platforms. - Model Release Acknowledgement
The Model acknowledges that participation in content creation and distribution requires execution of a separate Model Release Form, which governs content licensing, consent, and distribution rights.
