By creating an account, accessing, or using this HTML profile generator tool (“the Tool”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Tool.

2. Description of the Service

The Tool provides users with a web-based HTML generator designed to assist in creating profile layouts, bios, banners, and related content for use on third-party cam and adult platforms.

The Tool is provided “as-is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee compatibility, approval, or acceptance of generated content by any third-party platform.

3. User Responsibility & Platform Compliance

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you generate, edit, or upload using the Tool complies with the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Rules of any third-party platform (including but not limited to Chaturbate or similar cam sites).
  • This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Links
    • Images
    • Text content
    • Affiliate URLs
    • External services
  • Any warnings, penalties, suspensions, bans, or account actions imposed by a third-party platform due to your profile content are entirely your responsibility.

We do not monitor, review, approve, or moderate how you use the generated HTML.

4. Saved Designs & Data Storage

If you choose to use the save or load features of the Tool:

  • Your design data (including HTML, styling choices, text, and related metadata) may be stored in association with your account information.
  • Stored data may include information you voluntarily enter into the Tool.
  • You acknowledge that saved designs are stored for convenience and continuity, not as a guaranteed backup service.

While reasonable efforts are made to protect stored data, we do not guarantee permanent availability, and you are responsible for keeping your own backups of important content.

5. Affiliate Content Disclosure

The Tool may include an affiliate banner or affiliate links within its interface or output. The affiliate banner can be toggled on and off in the settings.

  • Any affiliate elements are provided transparently and do not affect your ability to use the Tool.
  • You are not required to interact with or promote affiliate links.
  • We are not responsible for third-party affiliate sites, offers, or services.

6. Footer Attribution Requirement

By using the Tool, you agree that:

  • The generated HTML includes a footer credit and link referencing our website and the Tool.
  • This footer must not be removed, hidden, obscured, or altered.
  • The footer helps others discover the Tool and supports its ongoing development.

Removal of the footer constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in loss of access to the Tool.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Tool for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security or access controls
  • Redistribute, resell, or repackage the Tool or its output as a competing service

We do not sell or rent your contact details to third parties.
